How we work
WSKO Mariaschool is a safe, warm place where your child is truly seen and learns with enjoyment. We offer an environment where children grow in autonomy by instilling strong basic knowledge, by developing valuable skills and by encouraging a curious attitude.
Children thrive when they know where they stand. At our school we offer a clear and predictable daily structure. Those clear frameworks give children the calm, overview and safety needed to learn with confidence and go exploring.
By combining guidance with targeted coaching, your child learns step by step to solve problems independently and take responsibility for their own learning process.
We make our curriculum meaningful and practice-oriented. Learning starts with concrete materials, visual support and engaging themes, making abstract subject matter tangible. During guest lessons, excursions and practical assignments, children immediately discover how to apply their knowledge in daily life.
We learn together as a group. Within that familiar group structure, we offer the extra depth or extra guidance a child needs.
Together with the active involvement of parents and our close connection with partners in the neighbourhood, we create a rich and familiar environment in which every child can grow with confidence.
